Giveaway: Plans & Schemes, Hopes & Dreams
30 Nov
Emma Makes is a clever maker of witty stationery and beautiful things based in Featherston, right here in NZ.
Her super, statement, pencils are the perfect stocking filler this Christmas, and make a great gift paired with a handmade Emma Makes notebook (though, I confess only half of the pencils I bought last Christmas made it to other people, I had a ‘one for you, one for me’ policy’).
Emma has been kind enough to offer a prize pack consisting of 1 x Hopes & Dreams notebook, 1 x Plans & Schemes and 6 x pencils (winners choice!). There are 19 different pencil designs to take your pick from with a full list here (all standard size, HB pencils but far more fun). My personal favourites have to be ‘Stop collaborate and listen’, ‘Make it Work’ and ‘Pencil me in’.
Each notebook is slightly smaller than A5 size, which folds out to A4. 60 plain white pages bound in a manila card cover.
I don’t think this giveaway could come at a better time, as Christmas is the perfect time to sit and scheme for the year ahead.
SO, if you’d like to win yourself a little pre-Christmas inspiration: leave a comment on this post or on the Emma Makes facebook page sharing a hope, a dream, a plan or a scheme you have for 2012! Even better, leave a comment on both for a double entry.
Entries are open until the 13th December 2011, 8pm NZ time and this giveaway is open to anyone (even if you reside in the North Pole).
I can’t wait to hear all your hopes, dreams, plans or schemes.

Lovely giveaway
I just came over for a visit from Megan at MouseHouse.
One of my plans for next year is a trip back to the UK to introduce my beautiful boy to some family and friends he hasn’t had the chance to meet yet. I am hoping for an awesome holiday
These are wonderful! I especially love the pencils, they’re such a fun idea
My plans and schemes for next year revolve around getting Doodler’s Corner a bit more organised, not getting sick so many times and going abroad for the first time in 19 years…..(I’ve never been on holiday abroad as an adult, how sad is that…)….
I hope all your dreams, plans and schemes happen for you! x
I have plans to do a whole lot more jewellery designing next year. Schemes for getting in physical shops. And hopes and dreams that this will mean cutting down the amount of temping I need to do.
Know more, grow more (not literally… though giants are awesome) and sew more! Also hang out with the people that I love more, even if I have to trick them into it.
Bring it on 2012!!!
Dreams: more sales, so I can create more, so I can sell more, so I can create more, rinse and repeat until I sell enough to give up working and just create and sell.
My hope/plan next year is to move to Auckland and do a commerce degree at Auckland Uni. I hope to get a job at a retail store or at least work experience. I hope to do well and get top marks in exams. I hope to meet heaps of awesome new people and make cool friends. Also I hope that everything works out the way I have planned out in my head. Next year will be amazing.
+ hopefully I save up for a macbook air. SO awesome!
I love this stationary. I have made no plans for the next year cause every time I say I’m going to do something I never do it. So my plan is to make no plans
